Riverhouse Apartments

Location: Milwaukee, WI

This project is a large scale high-end multifamily development located on Water Street along the Milwaukee River with Water Street being up to 30 feet higher than the river which made for unique site access design. PEG completed master planning document for approximately 440 units and CDs for the first phase of over 200 units. Underground storm water chambers were utilized for runoff treatment. The dock wall was rebuilt and a new ADA compliant river walk will be constructed along the length of the property. Other considerations included proximity and access to MMSD facilities, continuity with the neighborhood park, and management of historically impacted soils.
